Rates

• Summer: $800 / week, one week minimum
• Spring & Fall: $700 / week, $100-$125 / night (3 night minimum) or $300
• Winter: $600 / week, $100-$90 / night (3 night minimum) or $250

Policies

• The Trail Cottage accommodates 2 guests.
• 50% deposit secures your dates upon booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Reservation deposit is refunded upon cancellation only if the same dates are booked.
• $200 security deposit is required and is refunded 2 weeks after departure minus any charges for damages or extra clean up.
• The Cottage is a non-smoking facility.
• Sorry no pets allowed.
